Justice for Kalvin Yahner

This petition is for Kalvin Yahner. He was 17 years old and from Loretto, Pennsylvania. He was killed on July 10, 2003. The investigation is still going on today. The debate is whether Kalvin died of suicide or homicide. There are many questionable procedures that were taken in this case. For example, the police rolled it a suicide without a coroners opinion. After the coroner saw Kalvin, it was discovered that it would have been physically impossible for Kalvin to shoot himself. After a re-enactment, it was discovered that Kalvins arms were 4 inches too short to reach the trigger. This case has been on TV for awhile and it is very obvious that it was a homicide, not a suicide. The sad thing is that Cambria County ruled it a suicide, therefore, not pursuing any charges for anyone that could have possibly killed him. Please sign this petition. The more signatures we get, the more of a chance we have of someone taking another look at the case, finding the murderer, and giving the Yahner Family the answers that they deserve.
