Landlords Tenent Laws are unconstitutional

Please help us get on the Ballet in 2012 to vacate all laws of Mo. That pertains to the Mo. Landlords Tenant Law. This Law is unconsititional on grounds that the landlord is pesume guilty without a trial. The State laws are one sided for deadbeat tenents who can destroy our property and not pay rent for up to 3-5 months without compensation from the State that create the law. Landlords are fed up with The State requiring a court order plus having to engage a Attorney . Will feel that a 15 day eviction notice is all that should be required and local police to Serve the notice
