Let brakeless riders into Rkade

We, the BMXers of the North East, do solemnly declare that the no brakes rule at the R Kade skatepark in Redcar is barbaric and against our human rights as humans. We believe that any extra insurance cost would be more than made up for by the extra custom the park would recieve as it will not only allow brakeless riders to use the park but also people who do use brakes but who hadn't used the park because their friends couldn't. A rider attached to a bike is no more dangerous than a skateboarder. So stop this cursed madness!
