Liberty and Justice for All even Felons

We the People of the Population come together through the form of this Petition to recognize and stand up against the undue hardships created by the laws of the State of Florida regarding the rights of those formerly CONVICTED OF ANY TYPE OF FELON as it relates to housing, employment, or livelihood.

We assert that there are loved ones in the community who were and have been guilty of violations to the LAW but even after successfully serving there their time and/or repaying their debt to society still find themselves set aside and ostracized by the same society that charged, sentenced, and requested their retribution.

WE see this in most cases as a double punishment with no resolution as these offenders carry the same burdens to Live and Support themselves, their families, and loved ones as any other person in society enduring the experiences and hardships carried by each individual in a Societal system that offers little or no real assistance toward the goal of remedying the affects of Life, Community, and Business within Society.

This petition serves as evidence that WE THE PEOPLE reserve our rights to stand up for change.

The undersigned of this Petition has or loves someone that is or have been affected by the conditions created through the Convictions of a Crime, the Release from Prison, the poor regulation of government or the corruption thereof.

We Stand in agreement for PEACE, JUSTICE, LIBERTY as provide by the American Way.

For the People by the People is no longer the ruling clause if you are Poor, Broke, of the Minority, Disadvantaged, Discriminated against, Out casted, or Outlawed.

We Need Freedom and Resolution NOW especially in the time of a BAD ECOMOMY.
