I recently purchased a Logitech wireless xbox headset. Within the first few minutes of using it on xbox live, I noticed three problems with the headset. Number one, I get a constant hissing noise coming from the speaker. Number two, a constant popping noise coming from the speaker. Number three, while on xbox live the speaker next to my gamertag flashes repeatedly. The speaker is only supposed to flash while speaking into the microphone. With your headset, it flashes if your talking into the microphone or not. This problem is not only happening to me. I've talked to many people on many different video game forums, including your own forum. They all say they are having atleast one, if not all three of these problems. We have all tried many different solutions to fix these problems. Anything from muting the headset, to exchanging the headset. Some even went as far as turning off or taking all electronics out of the room. None of the solutions worked. Many video gamers and myself paid $80.00 for your product. We were all led to believe that the product would be tested and properly working. The product was supposed to send and receive crisp, clean sound. Your product does not deliver what was promised. Therefore we believe you should be held responsible, and fix this problem. One way to resolve this would be for you to exchange all headsets with problems. Send us new thoroughly tested and properly working headsets. The new headsets should be tested with wireless and corded video game console controllers. Of course, there will be no exchange unless receipt of purchase is provided. We are also open to other options to resolve the problem. Please reply as soon as possible.
