Make Muggle a common English word

The word, Muggle should be added to Websters English Dictionary, as seen below:

Muggle-n. 1. One who neither believes nor possesses any magical power.

2. One who is easily fooled.

3. One who wishes to part with all creativity or imaginative tendencies and believe only what they wish to see, and what science can prove.
