That the International Rugby Board (IRB) reconsider its decision to award the 2011 RWC to New Zealand, on the grounds that a substantial number of New Zealanders have, by the unsporting way that they have dealt with their defeat at this year's competition, shown their nation to be unworthy of the honour of hosting the competition.
