Neopets New Layout

Dear Neopets Team,

With the change to the new layout of your site, however much it was needed in your opinion, you have created a lot of problems for existing users. Many people dislike the layout, dislike the new navigation, are obviously experiencing problems with the site in terms of speed and playability, and are shocked and dismayed about the new artwork.

With your current user base of over 70 million users that are all used to, and at home in, the previous layout and navigation, you should never have made this change without doing a "field test" with the new layout and graphics, and get the feedback and necessary changes in to keep the site workable for everyone that has, thus far, enjoyed playing your site.

Many people have also put in many hours of hard work in coding and researching layouts of customizable areas of the site (lookups, shops, etc.) - All this work has been nullified with the change in layout that was completely unannounced. With this you have enraged many people.

This petition is to ask for a return to the previous, familiar layout of the site, and to listen to the massive responses you got in the neoboards.
