This on-line petition shall be forwarded to Paramount Pictures and Paramount Home Entertainment reference the following:
We would like to request that Paramount Home Entertainment PLEASE include English DTS 5.1 Digital Surround on the following "Star Trek" films to be
re-released on DVD throughout 2003:
"Generations" (1994)
"First Contact" (1996)
"Insurrection" (1998)
"Nemesis" (2002)
We would like these four "Star Trek" films on DVD to include the following:
Feature Presentation Disc: English DTS 5.1 Digital Surround
English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround
ANAMORPHIC Widescreen Presentation
Disc Two: The film in ANAMORPHIC widescreen and Dolby Digital 5.1. Extras
on disc two can include running audio commentary (or commentaries),
and any other supplemental material such as interviews, making-of
featurettes, etc.
I believe that some of us "Star Trek" fans are also huge fans of the superior home theater sound that DTS delivers. Please honor our request with this on-line petition.
