Nine Inch Nails in Portugal

In many years the promoters had never been capable to bring them to Portugal!
Lack of interest of the public? Few sold records? Lack of capital to invest in a concert?
Or bad relations with the representatives of the band?
With a new ready album to leave and an extensive tour promotion, do they imagine the frustration
of thousand of portuguese fans in seeing Portugal off from this tour?
