We the undersigned abhor the attempts by HMRC management to stop HMRC staff discussing the recently published results of the Civil Service People Survey 2010. We support the efforts made by Ken Frost's website www.hmrcisshite.com to enable HMRC staff to openly discuss the results of the survey, and other issues, and propose that he be nominated for an HMRC Pacester Award for trying to improve staff engagement.
