The Planning Aplpication number 11/05133/COU, appeal refernce APP/R3325/A/11/2163393/NWF is contrary to Planning Policy:-
1) HG11, Criteria 3. Unsuiatble access from a main county route.
2) HG11 Criteria 4. No water supply to site.
3) Policy ST5 and ST6. Unsustainable location.
After two unsuccessful planning applications, we wish to lodge our objection to the appeal committee as this application, as it does not meet with Planning Policy.
