"We The People" hereby request and formally demand Franklin County, Ohio prosecutor Ron O'Brien to open a grand jury investigation into the publicly-presented election fraud allegations in connection with the 2004 U.S. Presidential Election. "We The People" also request the Criminal Division of the Southern District of the U.S. Attorney's Office, and Ohio's county prosecutors to open grand jury investigations and all other applicable agency investigations into these matters.
