One of the Greatest Kelly Clarkson Fans in the World, Canadian Artist Jeff Stackhouse had been banned by two Kelly Clarkson websites because of malevolent hackers. He has been hacked and framed, in what was a very terrorizing attack of identify theft and bodily, mental, and emotional torment.

Created by Jeff Stackhouse on January 19th 2007

Category: ID Theft, Hacking, Slander, Extortion, Mental Abuse.

Region: GLOBAL Release

Target: The Kelly Clarkson Managers Worldwide, KCKellyville the website, The Official Kelly Clarkson Fan Club

Web-sites in Fault: www.kckellyville.com and www.kellyclarkson.com

Description/History:

I, Jeff Stackhouse, have been wrongly accused on two Kelly Clarkson websites. These sites are www.kckellyville.com and Kelly Clarksons Official Website www.kellyclarkson.com.

KCKellyville (www.kckellyville.com ) has posted slanderous comments about me on their site that are fully and completely untrue and are also fully illegal. The manager of this site has said several comments about me in print on his website that no one should ever say even if it was about their worst enemy. I am fully disgusted with his lies, his deceit, and his constant torment on my body, mind and spirit.

The man telling these lies has never met me, nor does he have even the slightest bit of knowledge about me. I have many great friends that will attest to my kind nature, and gladly share their thoughts and feelings about my true character with all of you, which is something both of these websites know absolutely nothing about.

The websites have said I have spoken to females under 18 on the sites in a sexual manner, but I can assure you I have not. My msn passwords and my passwords for the Kelly sites were hacked and the people that went into my accounts made it seem like I was doing these terrible actions. I can say without a doubt that the people doing it have loved to play a sick and twisted game with me, but please remember I have never and will never act in this way.I have lost a lot from this game they have been playing with me over the last two years. I have lost friends, family, and the trust of my favorite singer in the world: Mrs.Kelly Clarkson.

Kelly means a great deal to me. Her music and spirit brightens up my life, when there is no one to talk to. When there is no one to care, her music is there to give me strength and encouragement.I hope that she does not believe I did these terrible things. I will never, and would never do this. I am sorry that I had the misfortune of being hacked, but I had no control over that.

Kellys official fan club promised me that I could be reinstated in a year, but when I asked them if I could come back on, they did not respond to my e-mails. One man from the site told me, We must ban you even if you did not do this. I thought to myself How is that fair? I spent a lot of time and money to become a part of a fan club that was of people that I assumed would be a great group of kindhearted people, much like Kelly herself. It was terrible to find out, that some people on the Kelly Clarkson Fan Club wanted to hurt me very badly.I still get calls in the middle of the night from the people that hacked my e-mails and all of my other passwords for websites. They still harass me every day.I deserved nothing of this. I was a proud, caring, and very kind member of both sites, before the hackings.

I encourage every music fan out there, every Kelly Clarkson fan worldwide, and every person that has been framed to please sign this petition. Everyone that has ever been hacked over the internet please take a few moments to sign this petition. The more people that add their names, the greater awareness there will be to website managers and fan clubs around the world that things like this CAN happen, HAVE happened, and DO happen. There IS such a thing as being hacked.(These websites I was dealing with seemed shocked to hear it actually happens.)Some websites ARE slanderous! People may have also misunderstood or misinterpreted some of my postings as I was very enthusiastic about being a part of Kellys new Fan Club. (Which banned me before they had any actual rules about banning people, so they could do it easily, with no repercussions. I must let the truth be known. I must stand up for myself.

And finally to Mrs. Kelly Clarkson, most importantly, I am so sorry this happened. I would like to ask for your forgiveness, even though I was framed. Please know I did not do this in any way, shape, or form. I am a very real, very sensitive, very nice, caring fan, as I believe you know, so please do not believe the lies that these people have put upon myself to bare. The last two years have been an extremelly painful cross to bare..many times I have broken down and cried. I have also needed professional help in dealing with this trama. I have been attacked without reason for years from your so-called fans.I still do not believe that any one who truly likes you or stands up for what you believe in could be so mean and hurtful.

Kelly, you are someone that means so much to me. Your music, songwriting, voice, and talent amazes me everyday, and I hope you can see through all of this to the real me.

Thank you everyone so much for reading this Petition, and my expectation is that with enough signatures, this petition will help me to become a highly respected member of kckellyville and Kellys Fan Club once again.

We, the undersigned, are appalled by the actions against Jeff Stackhouse from the Kelly Clarkson websites www.kckellyville.com and www.kellyclarkson.com . What occurred was an act of identity theft and the managers have had no right whatsoever to accuse Jeff of such heinous acts. Slanderous material should never be posted on public forums. This petition will be seen on websites world-wide, and it is all of our goals, as a community of caring, wonderful Kelly Fans, to rid this from his name, and for him to be welcomed back with open arms and full rights to both websites. This petition will also help create more understanding for people who have been hacked on the internet, and for people who have been the victims of identity theft, and internet slander, both of which are illegal activities.

Thank you so much for your kindness in reading something that has turned my entire life upside down. I hope this will make matters better for myself and for all of Kelly's Fans, all of her websites, and my greatest wish is for the world to be a more kind, gental, and caring place.
