Opposition to Texas House Bill 2084

Texas House Bill 2084 modifies grandparent access law, which has acknowledged grandparents historic right, pleasure, and obligation to have access to grandchildren. The bill denies that historic right, pleasure, and obligation. It furthermore arbitrarily denies grandparents their constitutional right to file suit, placing burdens upon them (for a suit) which have no standing in law or tradition.
