The offender should go on a register for crimes against woman. Australian wide. Any further violence will carry max term of 10 years. Min term of 3 years. 3 strikes and you are out. A body should be set up to regulate this law. All complaints will be handled and dealt with by the law. Only woman on the board. Educated woman and mothers, daughters, friends.
