Paper is not a legitimate weapon

I would like the use of paper in the game "paper rock scissors" to be banned, and against the law. I say this, because paper is not a legitimate weapon, not like rock or scissors.I understand how rock beats scissors, and scissors beat paper. There is NO way paper can beat rock, ever. This is ruining our children, filling their heads with the idea that if someone throws a rock at them, they'll be protected by paper. Its up to us America, We have to put an end to the use of paper against rock. If not for yourself, do it for your children, or the children of your children.
