Peaceful petition to withdraw BC province from under Canadian government

Change is inevitable and the world, not just Canada cannot operate anymore under the present system. People are waking up, finally, and realizing we need to downsize and look after our own. Each province or maybe every city should govern their own. It has worked before and will work again. It is happening around the world as I right this. Iceland is an example, the states are now following. It must be kept peaceful.
