"We the undersigned respectfully request the Board consider the following.
In view of the present position of the team and acknowledged concern about the finances of the club and the Chairmans public delaration that he will not stand in the way of any new investors,we request,
1.A well respected city businessman is appointed as interim Chairman while a new buyer or significant investment is found.
2.The apppointment of 2 new independent directors, with no link to the present board, to help and assist the new Chairman and to allow for clear and transparent corporate governance.
3.The present Directors may stay on the Board as shareholders,but, they must see that serious action must now be taken.
