Petition for a Prosecutional Enquiry against Lawyer Robert Machen, Stephen Armstrong of Fairfax Virginia

The Undersigned Individuals & Organizations Petition The Office of the Attorney General of the commonwealth of Virginia, the Federal Bureau of Investigations The Department of Justice, Judges of Fairfax Circuit Court & Juvinile and Domestic Relations District Court for a Prosecution enquiry against Robert B. Machen, Stephen A. Armstrong & Valeria Shepeleva. for Conspiracy Against Rights under Virginia Statutory Law 24.2-1015 & Federal Law Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 Conspiracy Against Rights. 24.2-1015, Falsely summoning or giving false reports to law-enforcement officials. 63.2-1513. Knowingly making false reports; penalties.

Whereas, The Commonwealth of Virginia Statutory Law . Falsely summoning or giving false reports to law-enforcement officials. 24.2-1015,
63.2-1513. Knowingly making false reports; penalties. requires prosecution of all individuals: If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, intimidate, prevent, or hinder any citizen of this commonwealth, they shall be guilty of a Class 5 felony under 18.2-461.

Whereas, Robert Machen and Stephen A. Armstrong through their surrogate Valeria Shepeleva have been willfully persecuting Mr. Ron Jagannathan, the last Four and a Half years, filing a chain of false and fabricated complaints with federal and state agencies including the FBI, Defense Intelligence Agency, Child Protective Services.

Whereas, Valeria Shepeleva has misused federal & state agencies for her personal purposes at tax payer expenses and should be deported from the United States for misuse of United States Laws.

Whereas, Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 Conspiracy Against Rights This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).

Whereas, U.S Senator John Warner. Senator Janet Howell, Former Attorney General of Virginia have found substantial evidence supporting the need for a Federal & State Investigation.

Whereas, Robert Machen, Stephen A. Armstrong, Valeria Shepeleva have wasted hundreds of thousands of tax payer dollars filing false complaints & initiating a sham investigation against Mr. Ron Jagannathan for personal reasons.

Whereas, Robert B. Machen has been previously convicted by Honorable Judge Albert V. Bryan, in the United States District Court of Virginia, Alexandria Division, U.S Attorneys had prosecuted him for obstruction of justice & Document fraud. The Virginia State Bar had disciplined Mr. Machen, reprimanding him twice and suspending his license for falsifying documents. He has had district committee sanctions leveled against him.

Whereas, Three Judges appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, Honorable Judge Thomas D. Thorne, Judge Dickson L.Foster,Judge Robert K. Woltz had found by clear and convincing evidence that Mr. Machen engaged in conduct for personal advantage, involving deceit that reflects adversely on his fitness to practice law and found him guilty under DR1-102(A)(4) of code of professional responsibility.The Organization - Citizen for Legal Reform reports Mr. Machen has engaged in conduct which tends to undermine the administration of justice and to bring legal businesses into disrepute;

Therefore, We the residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia demand a investigation into the actions of Robert B. Machen, Stephen A. Armstrong, Valeria Shepeleva and based on the results of that investigation, demand prosecution of the individuals should the investigation reveal a crime.
