Petition to Demand a New Election in Light of the Unprecedented Robocall Scandal Elections Canada Chief Marc Mayrand has identified 800 complaints in 200 RIDINGS across Canada in every province and one territory. This deliberate sabotage of our democratic process has stained Canada's electoral system , perhaps permanently. http://www.cbc.ca/video/watch/News/ID=2217220614 Any decent Prime Minister would have gone on television to address these heinous allegations directly in order to reassure the public that our electoral system still has any shred of legitimacy. Instead Prime Minister Harper has chosen to ignore and to minimise the scandal.
