Petition to Examine the Impact of Numerous Car Dealerships in Wesley Chapel, FL

This petition is calling for the slowing down of permits given to auto dealerships looking to build showrooms and sales offices in Wesley Chapel, FL. We are calling on the County Administration and County Commission to investigate and examine the impact of numerous car dealerships moving into highly populated areas in Wesley Chapel. A consideration to develop a "Passenger Vehicle Zoning District" located in an area away from the residential areas of Wesley Chapel is requested.
