After the farce with our Kazakh friend being appointed head of recruitment and then told to step down, I want to propose that Dean Rood (@djr_ccfc) is appointed in this role!
Dean is very qualified as he is UK based, doesn't need a work permit and lives Football. He is within 45 minutes of the stadium. He has seem more football in the last week than our current head of recruitment has in his life time.
Oh, and he's very good at painting and decorating I've heard...
