Petition to Release the Early Bob Seger Albums on CD
Sign Now
Mr. Seger has released 18 albums in his career. With the exception of Smokin' O.P.'s, none of the first seven have been released on CD. That means that almost half of Mr. Seger's output has not been heard except by those who bought the albums between 1969 and 1974. That's not unusual for an artist of the late '60s and early '70s, if not for the fact that Bob Seger is a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and a lot of the music that got him there has not been heard by the general public in almost 40 years.
The albums we want to see released on CD are Ramblin' Gamblin' Man, Noah, Mongrel, Brand New Morning, Back in '72, and Seven.
We would appreciate it if you would read this and at least consider releasing the aforementioned albums.
