We The Undersigned, Believe That Housing Should Be Made Safe & Available To All Americans, No Matter How Poor They May Be.

With all due respect, We the Undersigned believe that the nations Public Housing Agencies should be fully funded for the administration fees that are needed to operate and maintain all authorized housing assistance programs across the country.

Therefore, We hereby declare our opposition to the Bush Administration's attacks upon low-income housing for the poor, elderly and the disabled.

We hereby declare our opposition to the Bush Administration's proposal to end the federal rule that requires 75\% of the Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 vouchers), to go to the poorest of the poor.

We condemn HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson for being biased & prejudiced against low-income renters and urge HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson to resign his position as HUD Secretary immediatelly, for being incompetent.

We condemn HUD and the nations Public Housing Agencies attempts to restrict portability of the Housing Choice Vouchers, and fully believe that all renters in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8 program) have the constitutional right to move to the city of their choice in the U.S. and it's territories, without any further restrictions or loss of their housing vouchers for doing so.

Furthermore, the Undersigned condemns and denounces the Bush Administration's proposals to cut funding for housing assistance programs that are designed to create and maintain Housing for the Disabled and Aids Patients across the nation.

We oppose budget basing (block grants) for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and believe that all authorized Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 vouchers) shall be fully funded.

We oppose the proposed $3.7 billion cut to HUD, which cuts housing assistance programs by nearly 12\%, and believe that the budget for the nations housing assistance programs should be expanded to provide housing for all that are eligible.

We oppose any proposed caps on the nations domestic programs for the poor and are in opposition to any or all proposed budget cuts for the future.

We oppose the dismantling of HUD programs and believe that HUD and the Bush Administration are intentionally creating extremely flawed housing policies, that place millions at risk of homelessness across the nation.

We are in total opposition to the demolition of Public Housing and fully believe that Public Housing is a sacred trust that needs to be fully maintained and available to all that need it, including the poorest of the poor.

We oppose the proposed Flexible Voucher Program, including such proposals as time limits or greater income eligibility ranges for wealthy tenants that do not need assistance to avoid homelessness.

We oppose any and all so-called proposals of flexibility in the housing assistance programs that would be used as a policy to terrorize, frighten or displace low-income renters and the poorest of the poor, from the nations housing assistance programs.

We oppose the so-called One Strike Policy in the housing assistance programs, which terrorizes, displaces and discriminates against millions of people across the nation.

In addition to the above, We fully support any and all efforts to obtain and maintain the needed funding to offer permanent housing assistance to the millions of homeless people that are scattered across the American landscape.

We the Undersigned, make the demand that the Bush Administration shall cease and desist any and all policies that creates more homelessness.

We fully believe that the Federal Government has an obligation to accept the fact that Housing is a fundamental right under International Law, and that it's flawed housing policies must change direction immediatelly.
