Regulate Private Clamping Companies and introduce an Independent Ombudsman.

Hello all,

Currently in Ireland there is absolutely no regulation on private clamping operators in this country. Its time for the people to get together and let our government know that this is something we would like them to change. Please sign the petition and pass it on to your friends and relatives. I  personally would love to see the end of the practice completely but this petitions aim is to get TDs to take notice of the wish of the people and at the very least introduce long overdue legislation which can bring to an end the current draconian punishments that these private operators implement.
