Reserve Bank Of India
Its been observed that Banks (both Pvt. as well as Nationalized) have started charging for NEFT which was initially Free of Charge.
Its crazy since in todays world when we all are dependent on Internet Banking, and at the same time Govt and NGOs are promoting the concept of Paperless transactions to save greenery, its real hypocrisy that customers are charged for paperless Bank transfers.
This will not just cause inconvenience to customers, but even lead the customers to minimize the use of net banking and at same time increase use of paper cheques, thus contradicting to the drive of saving paper and trees.
So this is my humble request to please have the banks relieve customers from this LOAD of NEFT Charges
