Remove Meagan's Stopperbot Ops

We, the undersigned, petition the Everlasting Godstopper to revoke the operating privileges of Meagan in #stopperbot on irc.wikkedwire.com.

We are users of the aforementioned channel and have witnessed the use of kicks and bans by Meagan that are designed to create hostility and disrupt the peace and dignity of the chat. One clear guideline of the chat is that /ignore ought to be deployed to avoid conflict before more problematic measures are used. Meagan has not only violated this rule with malice and recklessness, but she has also used kicks and bans to override the uses of /ignore by other users who wish to cease communication with her and avoid all hostility. Moreover, she has engaged in a pattern of abuses that are designed to abuse operating privileges for the purpose of intimidating users who complain about her decision to act as a troll.

It is entirely inappropriate that such a user retain operating privileges when she has used them to harass users without cause in the past and has not renounced her intent to do so in the future. Meagan's operating privileges should, therefore, be permanently revoked.
