We, the members of arc-hq and other on-line gaming communities have grown tired of the pathetic antics of one OPC MAN, also referred to as spaceboy, axl rose, mr rhoads, randy rhoads, trent reznor, ragnarok, ragnaz, opc skate, man, and many other multi-gender on-line personalities. His constant stalking of the largely male populated gaming forums, private phone calls to strangers across the country, desire to harrass people, and multiple empty threats to counter his terrible social status.

Despite countless bans, with the use of his public library and multiple computers and proxies, he finds his way back. Take the hint, nobody likes you, you flamer.

By agreeing to this here document, I hereby certiy, declare, and agree to a full and permanent banning of manOPC from ARC, ARC-HQ, and any other affiliated website or organization. Furthermore, he should be removed from the internet completely.
