The undersigned oppose the rezoning, special use and planned development of the property to the south of Rte. 176, east of Smith Rd., west of Valley View Rd. and north of Terra Cotta Rd. in Nunda Township, Illinois to B and T zoning referred to under the planned development name of Tall Grass, LLC. This proposed change would negatively affect the residents of Nunda Township, and surrounding communities.
