Right to participate in animal driven recreational activities

We the people of the United States of America, in accordance with the first amendment, come before you with this petition. By our signatures below we attest that we are United States citizens 18 years of age or older. It is our intention that if our request is not met, whether democrat, republican, or independant, we shall vote against the members of congress, who did not give their full backing, in the next election.

Our request is an amendment which will grant the right to organize, spectate, and participate in animal driven recreational activities, provided the below criteria are met. The activities shall include hunting, fishing, equestrian events, dog racing, game fowl derbies, pigeon flying, rodeo events, circus events, and animal shows. It shall also grant the right to own, raise, breed, sell, and transport the animals which preform at these activities.

Section one shall pertain to hunting and fishing. The criteria shall be. First, that all applicable licenses are acquired by the individual, prior to engaging in the particular activity. Second, that all applicable seasons, size, and number killed and, or kept, as set forth by the govt. are maintained. Third, that no animal shall be hunted or fished into extinction. Finally, that it can be done without tresspassing or violating other citizen's rights.

Section two shall pertain to those activities requiring the raising and keeping of certain animals. First, the govt. may require licenses for exotic animals such as elephants, tigers, lions, ect... . Second, the animals must be properly fed, watered, and kept in an area that is suited to the animals needs. Third, that the owner of the animals shall provide adequate space, in an area properly zoned for that type of animal. Finally, the animal shall not be forced to preform in a manner contrary to its nature.
