The managers who serve Roman at Chelsea say there are two sides to the Roman. There is the pragmatist; the man who believes in strategy and planning - then there is the emotional Roman; the man who acts on instinct, often in direct conflict to the original plan. They say that, with Roman, you always have to prepare for the illogical. At the time they thought it utterly illogical to sack Jose Mourinho and replace him with Avram Grant, even if Grant then guided Chelsea to within a whisker of a European and domestic double. Grant, of the six managers Roman has so far employed, has gone closest to delivering the dream and satisfying that so-called obsession. But, if Roman does dismiss Carlo Ancelotti, either in the next few days or at the end of the season, the decision would be a product of both aspects of the oligarch's character. Part anger and part of a possible plan that was hatched a couple of months ago when Chelsea were really struggling. This time it would be crazy to sack Carlo Ancelotti the man who lifted the Premier League and FA Cup double last year in his first season at Stamford Bridge. We believe that Roman should not sack Carlo Ancelotti if he wants Champions League success in the coming years. One thing we are sure about is no man can achieve instant success without building a proper team. If you look at Manchester United you could see that Sir Alex Ferguson has built a really strong team that could achieve the kind of success Roman wants! He has been there for years. We hope Roman realises his mistake and leaves a talented manager to manage our beloved club!
