On June 28th the halo clan known as HollywoodHalo posted a video on their website (halogrid.com), that was so popular that it resulted in exceeding their monthly bandwith by 530gb. Now the hosting company (Canca.com) had a policy that every gb of exceeded bandwith would result in a 50 cent fee. Without a notification e-mail or any word at all, this fee was suddenly changed to 6 dollars per gb. This launched HollywoodHalo into an initial debt of over 3,000 dollars.
Though the bill has been negotiated down, and donations are being made, what Canca did is wrong, if not legally, morally. Everyone wants to see Halogrid.com back up and running and because of the great movies they constantly produce.
By signing this petition you are acknowledging the fact that what Canaca.com did was unfair, and agreeing that the bill should be reduced even more.
