Save the poor from the hands of Cruel Bishop Yvon Ambroise

Tuticorin is a city in Tamilnadu in South India. This is the headquarters of the Tuticorin Roman Cathoic Diocese. Bishop Yvon Ambroise is the head of this Diocese. This Diocese is running many Catholic Schools using minority right (it is the privilege given by the indian government to establish shools easily. This is minority right, since the Christians are meager in number in Indian Population) conferred by the indian constitution to give educational benefit to the minority christians. This Manager (Bishop Yvon Ambroise), making use of this privilege, crushes the employees of the schools by means of compulsory donations, transfers, suspensions, dismissals, illegal deductions etc.,. He and his team of priests have gone to the extent of doing all mischiefs and luxuries using the money earned from the teachers and poor children. He involves in all kinds of illegalities (which an ordinary lay man cannot do) directly and indirectly through his agents who are available in the name of Superintendent of RC Schools and Correspondents (Priests)in the grassroot levels. We started an association "ASSOCIATION OF VETERAN EMPLOYEES OF MINORITY ACADEMIC RECOGNIZED INSTITUTIONS OF ALL KIND" (AVE MARIA) in the year 1998 to fight against the illegalities of this diocese. Our representations became fruitless. We approached the government officers to correct them. They do not involve. They are afraid of the priests. Or they are bought!!. We went to the court and got an order for stopping illegal deductions. But they do not stop and they do not obey the orders of the court. We distributed flyers before Vatican in Rome, but in vain. We sent a number of petitions to the Vatican and to the higher authorities. Alas!!! No use at all. The petitions go to the dustbin. Instead they are punishing the active people who work against their illegalities by means of supension and dismissal from their jobs. We joined hands with HUMANIST MOVEMENT INTERNATIONAL. From Roma SOS DIRITTI UMANI ONLUS we sent a petition on 04.07.2007 to the right person to take action against this Bishop. But no use. They directed the Cardinal in India to take action. Nothing happened. In the mean time there was a big commotion on 11.09.2007 beofore the Bishop's House in Tuticorin which demeanded the accounts for the tsunami funds which the bishop misused according to his whims and fancies. He did not care about this. We created the website www.catholicschoolsatrocities.org to publish everything with all proofs. He does not care about it. Now we are approching Amnesty International too. This group under Bishop Yvon Ambroise seems to be very strong in its illegalities. They cannot be controlled by any one in the world. Finally the most affected are the poor children who are studying in their institutions. They demand a lot of money as fees from the poor children. Most of the children cannot pay this money. Consequently they become dropouts and child labours. Since most of the parents are illiterates and poor, they cannot fight against this rock of money. Since they have a lot of money they easily buy all persons and the law too. The whole community here is spoilt by their illegalities and irresponsible situations. What is funny is that this Bishop Yvon ambroise is the chairman of Peace and Justice Committee and he is president of many financial committees worlwide in many funding agencies. No one knows his cruelty. He is the biggest Cruel man in the world now. Hence we request all kinds of people globally to help the people to come out of this great tsunami-like calamity created by this Cruel Man Bishop Yvon Ambroise.
