I have a special place in my heart for mice and rats and it pains me to know that they are not on the "Animal Welfare Act". They have no right of protection from being tested on and killed for reasons unknown. I would like to try to get them added to the "AWA" so they can at least have some means of protection. I would also like to cut down on the number of rats killed daily to test make up and other products that we have way too much of. This petition is to get the mice and rats added to the "AWA"

I think that we should look after all animals, including rats, because non of them deserve to be classed as lowere than us. Evryone please sign this petitipn, and I really hope that whoever started this petition gets the result that they wanted from it.
