This petition is on behalf of those who feel that West Ham United should not share Upton Park or any stadium facility for that matter, with rivals Tottenham Hotspur FC.
A bitter rivalry has persisted between the two for decades on end, and to have the two sharing a base would be viewed as an insult to both sides, most of all the West Ham fans, who have come to view their ground as their footballing church. To share a religious institution with a different set of believers is not a viable solution, and it will face vigorous opposition.
We understand that you are a multi-billionnaire with many finances. A ground-share with Tottenham is neither necessary nor welcome. Whilst money can be quickly replenished with your apparent acumen, relationships can take years to build and seconds to break.
This would be a large scar on your time at West Ham and something the fans would never forget.
We feel privileged to have you as Owner in light of your ambitious plans for the club, and hope this respect is mutual.
If so, you not will betray the tradition of West Ham United, by forcing them to share their ground with bitter rivals, visit their former home as away fans at least once every season, and let go of the essence, that for over a century, has known Upton Park as the home of the one and only West Ham United.

It would be an absolute scandal to ground share with Tottenham Hotspur FC, I for one would think twice about offering my support at live games if this was to ever happen
