School Shouldn't Ruin Kids!

My 16 year old disabled son was harrased at the local school/yucaipa high school. My son was upset already because a former student hung himself on campus the first week. You see, my son and I, had two loved ones commit suicide. One hung himself. The school staff knew about Josh being upset the school psychologist said my son would be upset for a while. Long terrible story short, the staff let him go to the room with the teacher that was harassing him, when that was forbidden! Then my son was taken out of the room by a security guard, my son said one cuss word on his way out. The assistant principal wanted to cite him. My son, had an I.E.P plan saying he has a problem with authority figures that are aggresive. Since he has been abused by teachers basically since elementary school, before I found out I had rights! Now my son was taken to the school cop. My son wouldn't sign the citation since I told him I would fight it because the staff sent him there! The cop kept him in a room for hours, my son walked out, she arrested him and put resisting arrest, disobeying an officer and put him in the SERIOUS court! ( rapes, car theft ect.) I hired an attorney. We went to trial for the cuss word. Judge dismissed it probably because four staff went to testify!!! That cop then went to the D.A and wanted my son a ward of the court, put above and beyond maximum punishment in a detention facility because HE SUDDENLY SAID MORE CUSS WORDS!!! Of course she didn't sign it or check that my son was on meds, she checked he wasn't and left black under doctors care! The civil rights dept. investigated and proved Josh was treated terribly, and the school broke laws and I need a cival attorney and justice! There are more stories of unethical actions, illegal actions involving others too.
