We respectfully request that Sheriff Mack be added to the Texas Sheriff Conference Agenda. While serving as sheriff, he filed a lawsuit in Federal District Court against the federal government.
We request that he be given 30 minutes to speak about his Tenth Amendment Supreme Court case.
It is important to us that our Texas Sheriff hear Sheriff Mack's personal experience, when he was faced with federal intervention, unfunded and unconstitutional mandates he filed a lawsuit and won!
That ruling still stands, The Federal Government may not compel the States to enact or administer a federal regulatory program.
We the people of Texas ask that you hear our plea, hear how important this is to us and grant this small request.
