Slow the Increase of California State University tuitions

On April 12, 1995 The Board of Regents of Georgia University implemented the Tuition Policy Direction, which is designed to help keep university tuitions from rising more than general inflation. Since 1996 they have managed to keep tuition increases to a mere 23\% in the last ten years, where California has raised their State University tuitions by 58\% in only the last four years.
We feel that if a policy similar to Georgias Tuition Policy Direction is implemented in California, the increase of tuitions may decelerate. With the help of the Board of Trustees of California State University we might be able to get more money back into the Higher Education Public School System, and the money may be used more wisely.
