Stop Paying the Criminals

Honorable Senators of the State of Georgia

We, the citizens of this great state, respectfully demand that you present to Congress and read into the Congressional record as it relates to the matter of illegal immigrants in our state these demands of your consituients

First, the acknowledgement that the illegal aliens are people who have knowingly and willfully ignored and broken our federal laws, thereby making themselves criminals in the definitions setout in the U.S.C.

Second, that these people represent a huge financial burden for the legal, law abiding, taxpaying voters of this state.

Third, that there is a surreptitious infrastructure which allows these criminals to profit by staying out our state.


In regards to these items, we the taxpaying legal residents and voters of the state of Georgia demand that laws be immediately instituted which call for the following actions to take place immediately.

First, a law be brought and ratified that makes it a federal felony for any employer to knowingly hire and employ any illegal alien. The punishment for this crime for the first offense will be to serve 5 years in a federal maximum security prison and to forfeit all assets and profits brought about by the employment of the illegal alien. Such assets seized will be used for the construction of schools and medical clinics for American Citizens.

Second, that all illegal aliens be immediately detained and deported back to their country. Any assets that they "own" in this country will be forefeited with those proceeds going to the program mentioned above for American Citizens.

Third, that any public company found to be employing illegal aliens will pay a one million dollar fine, and the Chief executive Officer will serve five years in a federal maximum security prison. Proceeds of the fine will go to the social services programs for American Citizens

Fourth, that all illegal aliens detained be identifed by DNA and fingerprints before deportation and a file kept on this people. If these people re-enter this country and are apprehended then they will be sent to work on prison farms at hard labor for a period of not less than five years.

Fifth, that it be a federal felony for any bank or other financial institution to transfer funds out of this country for or on behalf of any illegal alien.


We believe these laws are neccesary to cause economic hardship on these criminals to cause them the return to their native lands. The absense of threating them as the criminals that they are is giving them a de-facto approval to stay in this country illegally.

We do not intend to further support these criminals or their families.
