Stop uncontrolled use of air-conditioning.

Every summer the same problem, the uncontrolled use of the air-conditioning. Every summer I dress  when I go to work and also when I take the bus like in winter, I have to bring with me a jacket, a scarf, use the long pants, put closed shoes and everything because the temperature inside the office is around 19 degree instead the 30 or 40 (if you are in Israel like me) of outside. So I want you to join this petition because is not healthy for us and for the earth this behavior. First of all because most of the building that use the air-conditioning in this way don't use the alternative sources of energy like sun or wind. Second is summer and usually in summer is hot and I'm sorry if you don't like to sweat but we are human and we are programmed in this manner, anyway if you take an extra shirt nobody complain if you change your cloths during the day. Third I'm tired to dress also in the summer like in the winter, I want use my nice dresses and my nice open shoes, and also I don't like when you laugh in my face because I use the jacket even in the street. You know?! I use the jacket even in the street because i'm so frozen that I'm cold also  one hour after work. It's necessary a regulation for that, a general regulation for every country that establish a limit under that is impossible to work, I'm not speaking only about office, but also shopping center public office, hospital and even private location. The people need to be aware of the damage they do to themselves and others. Sorry my English is Horrible, but I hope that you understand what I mean.
