I strongly urge the Hong Kong Government to strengthen the regulations on pet shop industry to enhance the welfare status of animals in the city.

I demand the Government
1..to mandatory require the pet shops to keep all the records of their pet animals, including the source of the animal, to whom and to where it is sold
2.to introduce a licensing system on breeders who has any interest in business activities in Hong Kong.
3.to ban commercially reproduction of genetic-diseased pets.
4.to regulate all means of petsЇ sales channels, including the internet and magazines.
5.to conduct compulsory basic training course to the staff of the pet shop industry.
