Suspension of Rapists College Education

The petitiion is for the suspension of the criminal in the sex assaults and rapes at Colleges and University Campuses. To turn down the criminals education record for verification for job purposes even a re-entry to a education ssystem, and add the crime information to the 'rapists' educational records. Although not erased from the College or University. The revision of the student safety policies to ensure the victim continues to finish thier education, and ensure that no one claims to be the 'good samaritan', explusion for 'fraud' for those with false claims seeking a reward for thier own benefit. There should be a reward for non-employees or students that prevented or defended the other student or victim physically.
The current upward trend on sex crimes on the College and University Campuses. There were two reported at San Jose State University, and one at Stanford.
