We, the undersigned, hereby declare our disappointment and frustration with Tata Sky Ltd. for not resolving their issue regarding the channel Ten Action and making it a part of the channel roster on Tata Sky. The said channel has a comprehensive dedication towards Football which is a must for any Football lover. They air one of the most watched football competitions, the UEFA Champions League, of which the important matches are shown on Ten Action, rather than Ten Sports.
Even asking the customer service or leaving queries on the Tata Sky website were unsatisfactory as they did not have any information of the issue since the inception of the channel.
As football fans and dedicated followers of the UEFA Champions League, were deeply disgruntled with the incapability of Tata Sky Ltd. to add the channel, Ten Action, to their roster and would appreciate swift resolution in this matter and provide us with relevant and solid information.
We suggest information being put up regarding this issue for the viewers benefit and hope that this matter is dealt ASAP if not before the end of this season.
