The idea I am here to bring to your attention today is one I'm sure many of you have thought of before. During the time it takes for you to read this, I'm sure thoughts along the lines of "Can this be for real? Is this a joke? Will it work?" will be crossing your minds. And I say, yes this is for real. It is certainly not a joke, and if enough people rise up to the occasion, it will surely have the possibility of working. I ask you, have you ever felt that if just one person had raised their hand or their voice, and spoke up, that they could make a difference? Have you ever wondered if that one person is you? Today, as you read this, that chance of a lifetime is unfolding in front of you. You are being asked to raise your hand, to join your voice with ours, and make a difference. I am one of the many people who find that an injustice has been done to this great country. We were forced on November 2nd, 2004 to choose between the lesser of two evils. What kind of choice is that? To choose between two men who may or may not push this country further into turmoil is simply not a choice at all. What if you had been given another option? An option that each state could whole-heartedly agree upon with a resounding "YES!"? Right now, I am giving you that option. I am telling you there is another figure who is capable of handling the responsibilities that come along with being America's President. A candidate who meets all the requirements of being our great nation's leader. The option I'm giving you today is Hot Dog. Yes, Hot Dog. When was the last time President Bush sat around at the picnic table with your family at the July 4th barbecue? Or the last time Senator Kerry provided you with enough ammo to hit the entire first 4 cars on the Mind Eraser at Six Flags? Never. Who was always behind you? Hot Dog. Who rejoiced with you when the Boston Red Sox broke the Curse and won the World Series? Hot Dog. Today is our day. As an American citizen, I ask you now to rise up and join the petition to elect Hot Dog as a candidate for Presidency in 2008.
