This is a petition in order to encourage Joshua David Oyster to go to the DMV and at least take his driving test in order to get a license and expand his horizons. As a 21 year old, he does not have an ID to go to bars, purchase alcoholic beverages, or even to show that he is old enough to vote, should he so desire--a driver's license solves all of these problems. Not only does it solve these problems, but it also gives him the ABILITY TO DRIVE A MOTOR VEHICLE!
