The Neverending Story remake

To many, the movie "THE NEVERENDING STORY" didn't give the book justice. Most of the characters in the movie did not appear as they did in the novel or did not appear at all, some very exciting scenes were either left out or changed in some way, and although it was a major success, it is still not as good as the original novel. So now I am asking faithful fans of the novel, anyone who thinks the movie was not as good as the novel, or for people who were disappointed in the movie in general to sign this petition so that Michael Ende's classic work can be made into a motion picture more faithful to the novel and so that future generations who read the book and enjoy it will not have to be disappointed with the 80's version of the movie.
