THE PROPOSED 28th AMENDMENT TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION

Section 1.All past, present and future laws shall be conducted in
accordance with the requirements and limitations set forth herein.
(1)Congress shall pass no law that applies to any citizen of the
United States that does not apply equally to all US Senators and
Representatives.
(2)Congress shall pass no law that applies to any US Senator or
Representative that does not apply equally to all citizens of the
United States.
(3)Congress shall pass no law that attacks directly or indirectly
the financial, mental, physical or spirtiual welfare of any citizen
of the United States.
(4)If any law passed by said body is found in violation of this
amendment, all involved will be held financially and criminally
liable and prosecuted to the fullest extent of State, Local and
Federal laws.
(5)All existing laws and regulations that do not meet these
criteria shall be declared null and void. Said void will in no way
void the liability for standing laws.

The only 2 great bills that came from congress is 1st their health care and 2nd their retirement. If the congress has to reajust all bills to include themselves, maybe they would stop and think about the long term effects. Personally I would like them out
