The soldiers who killed the innocent newborn puppy over the cliff to its death deserve to be arrested, tried, and convicted for animal cruelty.
If we do not act now, then everyone will think that puppy-throwing is an acceptable behavior. We must punish those who did it first so that we set an example of: "Throwing innocent newborns of any species, race, or breed is unacceptable."
