To name a new road in Christchurch after a local girl Jade Stoner

Jade was only 7 when she was killed whilst playing in Edward Road in Christchurch. Sadly Jade later died from her injuries. Sovereign Housing recently ask a for suggestions of names for 2 new roads in Somerford. Jades name was put forward but rejected by Sovereign as not suitable. The community have since learnt of this, and have asked Sovereign to change the name but they have refused.

This has the support of the local community, parents of Jade and the local Residents Association (FROGs)
